1 c mashed very ripe bananas (about 3)
7 1/4 tsp Equal for recipes or 24 packets Equal sweetener or 1 c Equal Spoonful
1/2 c plain fat free yogurt
4 tbsp margarine melted
1 whole egg plus 1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 c walnut pieces (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat banana, Equal, yogurt, margarine, eggs & egg whites, vanilla at medium speed until blended. Add dry ingredients (flour, soda, powder, salt) and beat on high speed for 1 minute until moist Add walnuts.
