1 lb Chicken Pieces
4 c Milk
1 c Tobasco
3 tbl Salt
1 lb All Purpose Flour
1 c Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine milk, hot sauce, and 1 tbl salt. Place chicken in shallow pan and pour liquid over. Turn once and marinade for 30 mins. Mix flour, and remaining salt . Coat chicken. Fry chicken for 15 mins, turning often. Use drippings to make gravy. Pour off oil, leaving burned flour and chicken scraps. Add chicken stock and simmer until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
