1 Cup uncooked rice
1 Cup Water
4 Cups light cream
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Place the rice and water in a heavy pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the light cream and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 45 minutes or until the rice is tender. Remove cinnamon stick, add the salt and sugar and fold in the whipped cream.
