3 Cups finely diced cooked Corn Beef
2 Cups finely diced potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 Cup finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Peanut oil
Ketchup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the corn beef and potatoes in a mixing bowl. Melt the butter and saute' the onion in it until clear. Add onions to the corn beef mixture. Add the Worcestershire, salt and pepper and blend lightly. Brush a skillet with peanut oil and spoon the corn beef mixture into the skillet, pressing down to cover the bottom fully. Cook over moderate heat until well browned on the bottom. Serve with Ketchup if desired.
