2 sticks butter, 2 cups sugar, 3 cups self-rising flour, 3 eggs, 3 tsp. apple pie spice, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3 cups diced apples, 1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, apple pie spice and cinnamon. Beat well. Add apples and pecans and hand mix until well blended. Bake 1 hour at 350 degree using a loaf pan or bunt pan.
