8 pieces Chicken, boned and skinned
2 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, cut one in half
Salt and Pepper
Flour tortillas
1 pt. Whipping Cream
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp. Paprika
1Tbls. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Cool and shred. Add cream cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour whipping cream to barely cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Fill flour tortillas (not a lot of filling), roll up and place seam side down in pan. Add vinegar and paprika to remaining whipping cream carton and shake until mixed. Take 1/2 and pour over enchiladas. Take 1/2 cheese and sprinkle cheese over that. Alternate the rest of the whipping cream and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
