2 Tbsp. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 cups hot water
1/4 cup oil
6 cups flour

Use any # of various ingredients on top:
Pesto, 1/4 cup
Fresh Parmesan cheese
Black olives, sliced
Cloves garlic (large), sliced
Sun-dried tomatoes with a little of its oil
Mushrooms, sliced
Green olives w/ pimento, chopped

Colored bell pepper
Black olives
Onion, slivered

Dissolve yeast in cup water. Combine 2 cups hot water, sugar, salt, and oil. Blend. Add flour & yeast. Knead well. Prepare jellyroll pan by spreading cup olive oil around pan. Roll out dough on floured counter. Put in pan; flip it over so oil is on both sides. Add topping. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
