Flank Steak
3 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Salad Oil
1 T. Ketchup
1/4 t. Oregano
Pinch Garlic Powder (I use more)
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients omitting the steak. Place Flank Steak into marinade and refrigerate for the day. Broil close to element for 10-11 minutes. When ready to serve, slice thin at a 45 degree angle.

Can also be BBQ'd at a very high temperature
