1/2 cup olive oil
2 T. Creole seasoning
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. chopped fresh parsely
1 T. honey
1 T. soy sauce
pinch cayenne pepper
1 pound fresh large shrimp, peeled and deveined
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine olive oil, Creole seasoning, lemon juice, parsely, honey, soy sauce, and cayenne in a 9 by 13-inch glass baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake shrimp, stirring occasionally about 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
