1/2 c butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c cake flour
1 c pecans, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until soft and add sugar and blend until creamy. Add vanilla and mix cake flour and pecans. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls and bake in slow oven 300 about 40 minutes. Not to long as they burn easily. While hot, roll in powdered sugar. Then cool and roll again in powder sugar.
