3 Tbs. corn starch
1 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 cup boiling water
Cook until thick in double boiler. Add 3 egg yolks-1 T. butter and juice from 1 lemon and some grated rind.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook until thick. Put in baked pie shell.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and add 6 T. of sugar. Put on top of pie and brown.
