2 eggs
1 shell water or milk (that is 2 half shells of water)
Salt
Pepper
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper with fork. Add two or three scoops of flour and keep stirring in the middle with your fork until it gets pretty stiff Then work more flour in with your hands. It will be pretty stiff. Add enough flour and knead to stiff dough. Roll out with rolling pin with plenty of flour on dough especially when you roll it up to cut them. Let them dry a couple hours anyway after you cut them.
