4 to 5 pounds of Ground Beef
2 eggs
Italian style bread crumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Fennel Seeds
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with eggs, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and fennel seeds (all to taste). Salt & pepper to taste. Make into small balls. Cook in olive oil or bake in oven turning frequently
