1 cup Cream or Milk
½ tsp. Salt

1 Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out puff pastry sheet and place in greased quiche/pie dish. Double the soufflé recipe if you can.
To make egg mixture: whisk butter, flour, cream, seasonings, and eggs.
Layer onions first, then bacon, cheese, and egg mixture.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Soufflé will puff for a while and then collapse when it cools. Serve hot or cold. My kids love this for dinner or for breakfast. It’s very easy but is impressive.
