Crust and Topping:
2 ¼ Cups Oats-Regular, not quick or instant
2 Cups Flour
1 ½ Cups Butter
1 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt

Filling:
1 (12oz) bag Milk Chocolate chips
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Press half mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350º.
After baking, sprinkle 12oz. bag of milk chocolate chips over crust.
Add 6 Tlbs. Flour to 1 jar of Mrs. Richardson’s Butterscotch Caramel sauce and pour over the chips.
Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top of caramel sauce. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350º.
