Basic Tomato Sauce
2 cans Chicken Broth (14 oz)
1 1/2 c Dry White Wine
About 1 pound of Cod to stew all day in sauce
Add shrimp/scallops/crab, lobster/squid/clams or mussels or octupus to sauce.

Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is cooked. Place over cooked pasta or rice(should be soupy - good dipping sauce with bread).

Please remember to cook slowly--taste a lot -- add seasoning to taste if needed. Add clam juice if needed.
