Marinade

1 cup lime juice
1 cup red rose wine
1 cup catsup
1 habanero pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
5-7 cloves of garlic
3 green onions
1 handful of cilantro
a few shakes of pepper and cracked red pepper
Thoughly liquify in blender and chill:


Prawns
5 lbs. 16-20 count per pound of white or tiger prawns
devein and clean.
Steam with water flavored with chicken boullion (3 heaping teaspoons) and a few shakes of black pepper
Steam about 5 minutes
