1 can Corn Beef
4 medium Potatoes peeled & cubed
1 small Onion peeled, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Cooking Oil
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet (I use cast iron) add the onions and potatoes..cook until tender. Open the Corn Beef and add to mixture...chop and stir together. Add salt, pepper to taste...brown..add 1/4 cup water...cover and simmer till liquid evaporates...

To make this even better, serve with hot biscuits and kernel corn. You can make it into a gravy and serve over the biscuits...UMM..I can taste it now...Fast delicious meal..
