2 1/4 lbs. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. and 1 T. and 1 tsp. butter
1/3 c. and 1 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2 T. and 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender but still firm. Drain.
In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter with honey. Stir in ginger and lemon juice. Stir in carrots and simmer until heated through.
