1 lb. pork sausage
3 T. flour
2 cups milk
1/4 t. sage
1 t. sugar
salt/pepper
6 hard boiled eggs, diced optional

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage and brown evenly. Remove from skillet, save drippings. SAUCE: To the drippings add flour, stir. Add milk to make white sauce. Add seasonings. Blend in cooked sausage. Add diced eggs and stir gently. Serve over hot biscuits or toast. Sauce and sausage can be made ahead and frozen. Eggs can be added later.
