3 lb cooked chicken torn into small pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chopped chilies
1 can chopped olives (optional)
lg container of sour cream
1 med onion chopped (optional)

2 cans rotel tomatoes
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
lg container sour cream

FILLING: Mix together and spoon into tortillas (place in cake pan).

TOPPING: Mix together and spoon over top of enchiladas. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
