1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cap full of maple syrup flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add sugars and maple flavoring. Mix and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use Splenda in place of white sugar. I'm sure you could also use brown sugar Splenda in place of the brown sugar as well.
