Ingredients:
1 box butterscotch instant pudding
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 8 oz container Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg Keebler fudge-striped cookies, crushed

Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together. Just before serving, add cookies.

Personal Notes:
This was served at Merton Christensen's funeral and I liked it so much I got the recipe from the ladies who prepared the lunch. Merton was Agnes Buller's husband.
