1 c plus 2 tbsp instant non fat dry milk
1/2 c warm water
3/4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Use double boiler. Add dry milk to warm water and mix well. Set in pan of hot water and stir in sugar until dissolved. Store in refrigerator until used. This is equal to one can of eagle brand milk
