1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork sausage
1 egg 1/2 c copped onion
1/2 c uncooked rice
1/2 c cracker crumbs.
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato juice
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, sausage, egg, onion rice, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Bake 10 minutes in a 350 oven uncovered. Add the tomato juice and water and bake for another hour.
