Crust:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts (chopped)
1 c. flour
1/3 c. butter/margarine (melted)
Filling:
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. cream/milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix brown sugar, chopped nuts and flour together in a large bowl. Stir in melted butter and mix with hands until crumbly. Remove 1 c. of mixture for topping. Place remainder in 8 square pan, press firmly. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Set aside.
Filling: Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into baked crust. Top with reserved crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
