1 lemon cake mix (18-1/2 oz size)
1 frozen non-dairy whipped topping
1 egg (beaten)
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. powdered sugar (sifted)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, whipped topping, lemon juice and stir well, but do not over mix. Drop dough by teaspoon into powder sugar, turning to coat well. Place balls 1-1/2 apart on well greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes. Remove immediately and cool on wire rack.
