1/2 lb. butter
2 c. unbleached cerosota flour
2 c. pecans (chopped)
5 T. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla and water. Sift flour and salt together and stir into mixture. Add pecans and mix using portion about size of walnut, roll into crescent shape cookies. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
