1/4 cup butter
1 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
a drop of tabasco sauce
dash of salt and pepper
1/4 tsp paperka
1/4 chopped onion
one clove of garlic (remove before serving)
dash of red pepper

Mix and pour over meat and cook slowly until brown and crisp, basting every fifteen or twenty minutes.
