4 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c Sugar
5 c Milk (scalded)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 c Coconut
1 Pie Crust
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, salt, and sugar. Add scalded milk and vanilla slowly. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 450 for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for 30-40 mins longer or until a knife comes out clean.
