1 quart fresh oysters
8 tbsp. oyster liquor
4 tbsp. cream
1 cup stale bread crumbs
2 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add bread cumbs to butter
Butter a shallow dish cover with crumbs add a layer of oysters cover with 1/2 each of oyster liquor and cream. Cover agin with a thin layer of crumbs cover with oyster then cover again with crumbs. Bake in a hot over 450║for 30 minutes. Never use more than 2 layers of oysters
