Directions:
Crust: Mix shortcake dough ingredients until soft dough forms. With hands, spread evenly to edges of a round greased pizza pan. Bake crust for 10-15 minutes in 425 oven.
Topping: Mix together topping ingredients. Blend well and spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on the cheese mixture, overlapping fruit and making patterns. Really pretty to do spirals or flower patterns.
Glaze: Combine glaze ingredients in saucepan. Boil 1 minute. Cool 5 minutes. Spread glaze over fruit. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. This is a cool, refreshing dessert.
