1 c. flour
1 stick butter (softened)
3/4 c. pecans (finely chopped)
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 package of cool whip (8 oz.)
2 packages of instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk (cold)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and c. of pecans. Press into 13x9 pan and bake at 325 oven for 25 minutes. Cool well. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 c. of cool whip together. Spread over cooled crust. Mix lemon pudding with milk. Beat together until thick and spread over cream cheese mixture. Frost with remaining cool whip, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. of pecans. Chill well before serving.
