1 angel food cake mix
1 package of vanilla pudding mix (4 oz.)
2 c. milk
1 can peach pie filling (#2)
1 c. heavy cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Bake in a 10 tube pan. Cook and remove from pan. Place on tray. Slice entire top from cake (about 1 from top). Hollow out the center of the cake, leaving about 1 on base and sides. Prepare pudding mix as directed on the package using 2 cups of milk. Cool. Mix half the pie filling with the pudding, spoon into the cavity of the cake. Replace the top of the cake. Fold the remaining pie filling into the whipped cream, frost the cake. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with peach slices and mint candy leaves.
