1 pkg Breakfast Sausage
1 pkg Mushrooms (chopped)
1 pkg 3oz Cream Cheese
1/2 c Ricotta Cheese (room temp)
1/2 c Flour
1 tbl Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
9 lg Eggs (wisked)
1/2 lb Monterey Jack Cheese (grated)
1/4 lb Sharp Cheddar (grated)
2 c Green Onion (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and mushrooms together. Mix cream cheese, ricotta, flour, baking powder & salt. Work wisked eggs into mix a little at a time. Then mix sausage mixture into it. Mix in rest of ingredients and put in baking dish greased with butter. Bake 45 mins at 350
