2 eggs
1/2 c. cottage cheese (sieved)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
fresh or frozen strawberries for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add cottage cheese and sour cream and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until thick. Bake on buttered griddle. While hot, place a heaping teaspoon of cottage cheese in center of each pancake. Roll up and top with sour cream and strawberries.
