5 Tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1-1/2 c. pumpkin (canned)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in eggs, pumpkin, milk, water. Put in pie shell and bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 and bake until inserted knife comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
