1 package yellow cake mix
1 large package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. cold milk
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 carton of cool whip (9 oz.)
1 large can of crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (sliced)
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake mix as directed on package. Bake in a jelly roll pan or on a cookie sheet with1/2 sides. Mix pudding with milk, stir in cream cheese (its thick), fold in cool whip. Frost the cake with this mixture. Take a large spoon and line the cake lengthwise across the whole top. Take drained pineapple and sprinkle on top. Next, sprinkle coconut over cake. Next, arrange cherries on top. Lastly, sprinkle nuts on top.

This really looks spectacular and impressive! It is my son, Chris Oldaker's, favorite cake. He could eat a whole one himself!
