4-5 Pork Chops (thin)
1 box Stove Top Cornbread Dressing Mix
1 c Dried Cranberries
1 c Apples (chopped)
1/2 c Flour
1 tbl Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Flour pork chops and brown in olive oil over medium-high heat. Mix stuffing mix per directions (make wetter than normal). Add cranberries and apples. Spread stuffing in a 9x13 pan. Place pork chops on top of stuffing. Cover with alumnium foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour minimum.
