2-1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 T. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt3/4 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 T. shortening (melted)

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients. Combine eggs, milk, shortening. Add dry ingredients. Bake in 425 oven.
