1 lb Sirloin
1 Egg (beaten)
1 Onion (minced)
1 Green Pepper (minced)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Flour
1 c Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tbl Olive Oil or Margarine
1 bottle Hunts Chile Sauce
1 jar Smuckers Grape Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix green pepper and onion with sirloin. Add egg, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix well. Sprinkle flour then add bread crumbs. Mix until it will hold together. Make small meatballs. Brown in a little olive oil. Drain oil. Add chile sause and grape jelly to skillet. Simmer until meat balls are coated.

Aunt Phyllis' original recipe called for 1 sm jar of grape jelly. I only use a couple of tbl to taste.
