1 pkg Frozen Peaches
1 tsp Brown Sugar

Cake:
4 sticks Butter
1 box 4x Powdered Sugar
6 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Lemon Extract
2 1/4 c Self Rising Flour
1 c Evaporated Milk

Directions:

Glaze:
Cook frozen peaches enough to thaw. Blend with brown sugar and then cook them down on low until thick.

Cake:
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add eggs, beating after each egg. Add vanilla, lemon extract. Beat in flour and evaporated milk. Bake for 1 1/2 Hours at 275-300 in tube or loaf pan.
