1 Duncan Hines Golden Butter Cake Mix
1 80z can of Mandarin Oranges with Juice
3 Eggs
1/2 c Oil or Margarine
1 16oz Cool Whip
1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 16 oz can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
3-4 Strawberries (Sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, mandarin oranges (save a few for topping) and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 3 greased layer pans and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Mix pineapple, cool whip, & pudding. Fill and front cake. Garnish with oranges and strawberries.

Variations:
1. Use Devils Food Cake with three layers. Mix instant chocolate pudding with cool whi for frosting. You can also do cooked pudding between layers.
2. Use French Vanilla Cake Mix with three layers. Line each layer with strawberries and bananas. Mix a few strawberries & instant vanilla pudding for filling and frosting.
