3 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 cup extra dry vermouth

Mix in any container, cover steaks, refrigerate over night (or two). BBQ steaks turning every 5 minutes and baste until done
