2 c. cooked rice
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (20 oz.) (chop)
8 oz. jar cheese whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion (chopped fine)
½ stick butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and rice separately. Drain and toss together. Sauté onion in butter. Add cheese whiz and soup to onions and cook until blended. Put broccoli and rice in bottom of large casserole dish, cover with sauce. Bake in 350º oven.
