48 tomatoes (medium & large)
24 onions (medium)
1 pint vinegar
6 green peppers
6 red peppers
2 c. sugar
1 c. salt
2 T. cinnamon (ground)
2 T. ginger (ground)
2 T. cloves (ground)
2 T. nutmeg (ground)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices, sugar, salt and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Add to tomatoes and ground up peppers and onions. Boil down 3 hours or until thick.
