Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. cummin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 can kidney beans
2 chopped tomatoes
1 med. onion
1 head lettuce
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. taco chips, crushed
8 oz. Catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. While warm add cummin, salt, tabasco and kidney beans. Cool and then add chopped tomatoes, onion, lettuce and cheddar cheese. Chill.

Just before serving add crushed taco chips and Catalina dressing.
