1 head Napa salad (or, if you're lazy, 1 pkg coleslaw mix)
5 green onions, chopped (the salad is OK without them, not great, but OK)
1 pkg. ramen noodles broken up
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Dressing
1/2 sunflower oil or salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown almonds in small amount of oil or butter; cool. Mix all salad ingredients together. For dressing, mix and pour over salad just before serving. (Browing the noodles with the almonds is also very good.)
