spinach and lettuce
celery, diced
water chestnuts, sliced
cashews
strawberries, sliced
chilled grilled chicken breast, diced
bacon, crumbled

Dressing:
? c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. salt (Louise, check this)
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. honey
5 T. vinegar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make salad with spinach, lettuce, celery, water chestnuts, cashews, strawberries, chicken and bacon. Top with honey celery seed dressing.

Dressing:
Mix dry ingredients. Add honey, vinegar, lemon juice. Pour oil into mixture and beat constantly. Gets quite thick. (Can put all into blender.)

Variation:
Blueberry dressing
Cook 2 - : cup blueberries with a tsp. cornstarch and 3 cup sugar. (Microwave works fine)
Put into blender; add to dressing. (Or put everything into blender together.)
