1/4 lb egg noodles; 2 tbs butter; 2 tbs flour; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 2 c milk or 1 c milk and 1 c cream; 1 c American cheese, grated; 2-3 cut up chicken seasoned with lemon juice; 8 broccoli spears

Directions:
Directions:
Melt over low heat, butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk. Stir in cheese and cook until thick. In baking dish, put chicken, broccoli and noodles. Pour sauce over the top. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. You may substitute tuna or any other kind of vegetable.
